I'm a little bummed about weigh in.  Kevin lost 1 pound and I also only lost 1 pound.  I realize that one pound is one pound closer to my goal but it sure felt like I worked my ass off and ate very well to only move the scale one little pound.

So yesterday I was totally feeling down and ate chinese for lunch and pizza for dinner.  BAD BAD BAD!!  But I felt so guilty that Kevin and I did our hardest workout ever.  I only feel slightly better now.

I'm going to get back on the wagon today and get back to what I know is right.  Besides, after all that food yesterday, I felt sorta sick and I like the way I feel when I'm doing everything I know is right.

So Million Pounders...I'm back to the "smart" me.  Healthly and Happy today.  Plus, I didn't gain and THAT is a good thing.  Keep it up everyone!  We are well on our way!

I am so super happy!  Even with it being that time of the month I lost 3 more pounds!  I would have been happy staying even but this is awesome.  Just goes to show that I put in alot of hard work and good eating choices in this week.  Kevin is down 2 more pounds as well.  Total for Patricia: 7 pounds  Total for Kevin: 5 pounds.

This week is going to be all about switching up the workouts, adding weight training, doing different dvd workouts.  Today was our day off to regroup and refocus and hit it hard tomorrow and the rest of the week.

Kevins brother got married today so it was a bit hectic for us.  (yeah, married on a Wednesday...got pregnant...what do ya do?)  So we went to Red Lobster for lunch.  We both had salmon, Kevins was grilled, mine broiled.  Kevin is eating Subway for dinner and I just had a Curve bar and raisins.  The rest of the week is also going to focus on better food choices and portion control.

Well, I'm pleased as punch to be going to bed 3 pounds lighter tonight.  Keep up the great work everyone!  And keep drinking the water!
